The products we sell are 100% brand new, free from material and process defects, and we never sell second-hand or refurbished batteries. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days and we will fully refund the product price. We will reimburse the shipping cost for returns caused by our fault (wrong shipment, transportation damage). Under normal use, the product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the product, and the item must remain in its original packaging and unused.

After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be issued through the original payment method, and the payment will be credited within 7-10 working days.
Unless the return is caused by product defects or our mistake, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost.
Battery damage caused by charging failure, modification, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation, or freezing;
Time loss, inconvenience, or other incidental or inevitable losses;
Incorrect battery insertion or incorrect battery size;
The battery has physical damage;
The discharged battery can be recharged and reused.
